Chicken Soup!!!!
Well you got me to thinking
If I were Mother Nature I would drown all but a few roosters and keep all the hens.
But I am not her, so I would just sit and wonder while all the roosters were crowing and driving me nuts, all the while craving chicken soup
or a few dumplings!!!! L1 through 15 seem to be “thoughtâ€? “yours & oursâ€? Ls16/17 is profound and has depth to them and sums up every thing – and makes me write this to you. Lol All in all- I would have to say this write is fine as is and is very concrete! ((Hugs)) Cindy

I find this poem to be very tender and soft, I like it the way it is but maybe shorten up the longer lines some to be more uniform with the rest. Nice work! Dove
