    The cave would be the grave that they laid me in. The line 52 has to go hand in hand with line 51 “There has to be a way to wipe away her pout.” it would probably read better “To remove her sad face from my memory” but that wouldn’t be very poetic. lol. I’m glad you liked it. And I’m actually quite glad that it made you feel sad, that’s what poetry is supposed to do, it’s supposed to make the reader feel what the writer feels.

    Found

    The face shows happiness, yet the heart despair
    the eyes are still looking but the soul is not there;

    Those have got to be the best two lines in any poem ever. I seriously love it. The beat is nice and the rhyme is great, you rock at this. I can almost feel how you felt when you wrote this, or at least I can almost feel what emotions drove you to write this. Great job really, and I love the title. Keep up the good work.
