I just moved into my own apartment and thus have lost a large amount of my internet access, so my trips to sharepoetry will be few and far between but I am still here now and then and looking forward to great reads.

I'm slowly coming back into writing. I don't know that I'll ever love what I write but I have a great respect for what I write because it's usually self reflective and it keeps me aware of who I am.

Most of what I write is inspired by music. Not the lyrics, though they do make appearances now and then, but more so by the feel of the sound. Thankfully I listen to a lot of different music so my poems are not all the same.

MY biggest inspirations in life come from my Grandfather (R.I.P.) and Serj Tankian of System of a Down,
(while I will never be either of these men, its because of them that I am the young man who writes this), and my two youthful and always loving kittens Leah and Chloe, its amazing how much a pet can lighten a mood and brighten a day.

Welcome to the site! I'm so glad you decided to come here. Another site we can be on together!

I can't wait to witness your poems evolving again. It's refreshing to know, we're still around.

Anyway, this site gives the most helpful and constructive criticism that I've ever had the privelage to get.

You're amazing and honest, never hesitate to post.

    Great!

Its unfortunate how people seem to get swept up in the glitter and glam of Hollywood and those who live off it, though those same people have the tendency to make things that take us away from our problems for awhile, and if people are addicted to anything as a whole, its an addiction to dreaming. I really loved this, in fact it might be one of my favorites. Keep up the awesome work!

  • I've often found myself wondering the same thing. Always looking for something to push the limits seems to be the human way, but I suppose its why we've made it to where we are.
Good read I enjoyed it, keep up the good work!
