The idea came to me after an english professor asked me what would I do if I had the chance to live the life of someone else.

i agree with Lad, about the lyrical tone giving this a song quality and i like the questions.
most interesting was how you went from the general questions, would you be a rockstar,mother, bother etc. and made the transition to the personal, "would you notice me then?"

Really sharp lyrics, NY.
As I read it over and over, I began to hear some music for it - the poem lends itself so well to a tune that would fit its words. It has a song-quality to it. Nicely done.
All the questions it asks are questions that I think most people ask themselves from time to time: what would happen if I were .......? How would I see things? experience things? connect with people? maybe blend into a love of someone?

it is simple, so it's easy to read, but it connects to humans on such a level that it produces emotion. i would love to spend the day in another person's body, just to get someone to notice me. you hit on that topic very well. good job. -
