Jesus at hand

Her life was going horrible
and she felt as if there
was no way out except for
suicide and she would have
to take her problems to that
resort she was running around
not knowing what to do,
afraid of what people
would say if they saw her
finally her friend told
her about god and how he is a savior

Sunday came,
she went to church and
asked Jesus to be her savior
and forgive her for her sins
she said she was sorry for
anything she had ever done

"I'm sorry my Lord I have done
wrong and don't know how to fix it
please forgive me and steer me
in the right direction"

"I hear your cries my dear child
and understand that you want
help but in order for
me to help you, you need to
figure out what it is you
want my help with"

"thank you
thank you so much
my dear lord"

"I give you my hand and
I will come whenever you need me
but please child dont forget
about the people in this world
who do love you now rest
your head and go to sleep"

so she did with Jesus at hand
and the love in her heart
that she never felt before
