Need to be saved.
Need to be free.

Need to calm down.
Need to raise up.
Need to shout out.
Need to run run run.

Identified with first 4 lines, found the next three powerful but empathised rather than identified. Don't like the eighth line much. or "raise" in the tenth. Raise speaks of raising someone or something else. Maybe rise or stand? Great ending, good poem

I must tell there is a hard story behind this words and and almost any poem I write.I do not write to show myself I do it as a emotional rescue...I am quite impressed to get this comment.

Such concentrated power here.
It's plain and up-front. It breathes like a runner's breath: short and pointed. Terrific form, excellent choice of simple words - all leading to self-affirmation. Those last repeated "run"s are perfect. For me, Ludmila, this is a delightful read. One of your best!
