Midnight

It's midnight
Soaring like a bird that
Forgot how to fly
It's midnight
On a night that never
Seems to die
I watch as stars flow past
And I start to cry
I know you had to leave
And wander the godless halls alone
To an end that's never there
The sickly beauty of the starshine
Only reminds me of you
You with the gleaming eyes
And the spotless personality
Now it's still midnight
Soaring like a bird that
Forgot how to fly
How I wish it were tomorrow
Not this night that never ends
So the stars wouldn't remind me of you
And I could gaze into your moonbeam eyes

Tell me anything you think I need to know about this.
