Insomnia

Night whispers Her soft serenade upon thy lips.
Your gentle breath a temptests lullaby,
Singing me into respite.
As starlite lovers gaze gives reason to trust,
Mother Moon gently rocks me in comforting arms.

Sleepy Sandman! Where art thou?
Come to save me from my nightmares and fears,
For my sweet knight slumbers serenley besides me,
Wandering in a realm of which i may never join,
But soon to be forgotten as,
HARK!
Brutal sunrise comes to claim its victims,
Wrapped in tight embrace.

I am left fishing for a dream.

Please tell me what you think
