Which I believe.
But what if I went into the future?
Would you be standing there, arms outstretched?
A familiar face, one that I've hoped for,
Thought and wondered about?
Or a strange one, completely new?
Would you push me away?
Tell me I'm right about how I see myself?
Or tell me I'm beautiful, and it's been worth the wait?
Will you be an old friend, or one of my firsts?
First dance, first to ask out,
First kiss, first boyfriend?
Or someone I won't meet until college,
Or even later than that?
Or, worse than anything,
Something that would kill me:
The first time you see me,
Would you just say no?

These are questions towards my future spouse, and he is the unknown answerer, obviously, because I'm only 13, and just stuff I've been wondering lately..heh.
