As you leave me here,
I feel the torture of you absence.
Crushed by the weight of a million lies.
I am confused and distressed,
And I can never explain how I feel.
So I just sit here and
I dream of the day of your return.
And how Lonliness will dissapate.
Darkness consumes my thoughts
As I predict the future ahead.
My mind is contorted into unwilling shapes.
I can feel that aweful pain that wreaks havoc on my body.
Slitting my throat so I can’t yell.
Each and every second fills me with dread.
My heart slowly become dust in the wind,
As I am forgotten like a nightmare.
A nightmare that no one wants....
No one loves....
An outcast.....forever.......

this is a poem that i wrote during my 4th period history class. we were discussing the children around the world that are neglected and malnutritioned
