i love your short brown hair that graces your face.

i love your charming yet cautious personality that portrays you.
i love your steel-blue eyes that remind me of the summer night sky.
oh, how hopeful i am, as i wish that it would last forever,
how it would never fade and die like a beautiful rose does.
so i lay next to you, and brush the hair out of your closed eyes,
i feel myself drugged by your beauty, and i slip-off into that dream world, where nothing ends...

just a love poem that i gave to my partially emo BF. he loved it and then wrote me one in return.....which i need to put it on my author page, just so everyone can see it. it's way better than my poem, but he seemed to like it....
his exact words were "wow, you wrote me a poem? how cute!"
then i ended up saying "well, it's not very good, but at least i tried, right?"
he paused..."of course! i'm totally cool with it. as long as you love me, that's all that counts".
then we hugged *squeeeee!!!!!*

Teehee, yes emo boys are the hottest, for the most part.
Anywho, this is lovely. The tone is crystal and the meaning is so deep and great. Many can easily relate to this, while your piece could create hope and desires for others.
