Not Mad,
Angry,
Just sad.

Understanding
Why you left
Knowing
For the best

Three years now
Not thinking
Of You
All the time

But when I see
Your beauty
In person
On TV
In the paper

Why does it hurt?
Why?
Do I feel
Sick?

Why do I hope?
Such a
Pointless
Hope.

No reason
Or logic

Just unfounded
Reasonless
Want.

When will
I get over it?
Completely
Absolutely

When will
I not be
In love
With you

When will
It stop
Hurting?
