Last night, when I
was sleeping,
dreaming,
I felt happy.
In my dream, I
was in a place
where I love
so much.
Theirs' and my voice
were in
harmony,
combined.
I was over-joyed that
that I felt I was in
the "Paradies of
God".
But that feeling
came to an
end
because of a Truth.
As we sang
through the notes,
my voice sounded
sad.
"The man is right", I said,
"I am worst and I will be
worst,
forever".
The man said the words
that I scared of,
scared of
the truth it contains.
"Even if your voice
gets higher, it gets
weaker and weaker.
Like fadding away", the man said.
Just as he said that, I
saw myself,
scared half to death.
Scared of singing.
I saw my eyes and
the "Paradies of God"
faded, as well
as my voice did.
I woke up, knowing
that I was dreaming.
But when the dream ended,
my voice didn't sing
as well as myself did.
I always remembered that Night
because, after the dream
happened,
I cried.
Author notes
I had a dream just as the poem says. The poem really tells all of what had happened. I like to sing in high notes, somtimes. and i'm trying to sing in high notes but i don't get it often. But, i didn't cried. I just woke up with the man's word echoed in my head; and with the Truth stabbing heart. Oh well, that's what life is, i guess. Lol XD
How does truth scares you?

I like it a lot. It's like a realistic poem. People can relate to, such as me. Dreams are like a fantasy 3d world where we can forget our troubles, but it's fantasy. And that's why one of my usernames on a website is dreamsrfantasy.
My favorite stanza is:
"As we sang
through the notes,
my voice sounded
sad."
But I have a suggestion for this:
"The man said the words
that I scared of,
scared of
the truth it contains."
To:
"The man said the words
That I was scared of,
I was scared of
The truth it contains."
I hope this is useful =]
