Mar, I really like it! This is great. It's funny and it's true. I do that all the time. It capturs emotions I've felt, which is what good poetry does.
Can I hazard a guess at the inspiration? Alex, maybe? Just a guess.

Nice Write
I like what this poem says there always people that we notice that where always there but we just seem to recognize them for the first time. Its a weird thing humans do but it happens quite often you did a good job on this one.
My favorite part was:
