Temptation {The Serpent}

Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked.
Morality is the flaw not seen as
A flaw of man.

We are like God, knowing both good and evil,
Our eyes opened to the truth that God tried to hide
From us, so we didn’t know what was right or wrong.

I heard the sound of thee in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
Timidity is a cursed flaw in the
Personality of man.

We shy away from even the most powerful,
As if we, as the same species, should be ashamed
That we have different aspects and qualities.

The serpent beguiled me, and I ate.
Temptation aides one of
The worst flaws of man.

We are succumbed to its power,
We bend and break at its weight,
Falling to our knees to please its whims.

And the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart.
Regret is a flaw willed
Unintentionally by man.

We look back on the past: creations or mistakes,
And see that what we had held so dear,
Was the worst idea we had had. Even God agrees.

The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth.

Man was flawed.
And He cleaned the earth of flesh He saw as futile.
Wiped out the earth with floods for forty days, forty nights.

Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence.

Man is flawed.
Genesis 8:21. I will never again curse the ground because of man, for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I ever again destroy every living creature as I have done.
He still waits. For what? For man to right itself?

And His followers wait.
For what? For man to right itself?
For a false absolution which will never come to man?

How long must we be waiting for Him to change His mind, yet again, and
Clean the earth of the evils instilled within our hearts? Shall man wait any longer,
Or will the temptation of the devil capture us, as the serpent captured Eve in the lush garden of Eden?
