This is too funny! I got interrupted, and the posting sent itself. Came back and found it blank.
Shall we start this again?
For a while after I got my new notebook computer with MS Windows xp, I could access AP with both machines.
Then a couple of days ago, SP gave me the “wrong password” message. I sent for a reminder and predictably it did not come to the notebook (which has the address I use for student feedback in the AP course) but to the Linux computer which I had been using before, and will continue for other purposes.
I want AP-SP available from both, since I am still the same person. With “favorites” AP worked for quite a while in the MS machine, but this morning I did not exist in either AP or SP. By afternoon, AP is good, but SP rejects.
Is there any way to set it so they do not need the same e-mail address? (I can drive several different cars and a truck too on the same license.)

I believe this is to prevent multible accounts being opened by programmes.
I’ll send this to Kevin to see if he can sort something out.

edit it at sharepoetry
It shouldn’t sync up emails, just login and passwords… -

Great stuff! AP worked as before in the MS machine, with no hesitation. In SP, at first it gave me the wrong-password error, and then it let me in. Thanks to both of you!
I just could not imagine anything other than e-mail address, since both machines were on the same ISP.Well done, all while I sat here doing feedback messages for assignments via e-mail (keeping copies here for documentation.)
