I feel that each website that is separate from the main website Allpoetry should have their own Administrative staff.

So, you're either a Moderator at Sharepoetry or Allpoetry and not both.

Storywrite and Oldpoetry currently are not separate from Allpoetry, and though Oldpoetry sort of has their own 'Moderator' staff known as Researchers, they do not have the regular functions as regular Allpoetry Moderators have, hopefully however that would change in the 2 months that Kevin told me that it'd take for Oldpoetry to be its own entity.

I counted the amount of moderators (minus Kevin) that Sharepoetry has and it's a total of 10. Do you really think that Sharepoetry needs that many moderators? And really how often are any of them on?

The only Moderator that I have seen logged into Sharepoetry in an abundance is AndrewHide more so than any other Moderator. So, wouldn't it be that AndrewHide would be Site Supervisor of Sharepoetry than haikumonk or AnnD who both of whom I've never seen logged in?

Seems like an interesting point. Though of course he's the Site Supervisor (or one of them) of Oldpoetry and I feel his duties lie more there than anywhere else, though I may be incorrect.

I feel that, at most, 5 Moderators are enough for this website not 10. This website as well doesn't need two Site Supervisors, it seems too redundant.

Out of all the past Moderators and present Moderators and I am sure future Moderators I am sure there'd be enough to go around for each website, that way the Members will get equal attention amongst all the websites and though I am sure you'd tell me that they'd get it now, the only analogy I can give you is the one about having too many students in one class for a teacher to teach and care about each one. Well, this is in reverse, there's too many 'teachers' and so few students.

I am sure in the future Sharepoetry may grow bigger than what it is today but shouldn't the size be what counts in the matter of moderation?

I also feel that there should be an easier way to locate a Moderator, the list itself, than is readily available, I had to type something in search and then I got a 'help' link to where I saw the list, I didn't see a link anywhere else for me to click on that showed me a list of the Administrative Staff.

I also can't locate a link anywhere readily available to the Rules & Guidelines page (Policy Page) there should be a link readily available for that as well.

    Perhaps I am just blind.

I feel having separate Moderators for each website separate from Allpoetry would alleviate some of the stress and strain on those Moderators, especially at Allpoetry. Which I feel would be a compromise in the whole communication that is currently going on in Woodworm's thread.

    Okay ..

Okay, I see them at the bottom. Yes, that’s where most people look when searching for ‘help’ the very bottom of a page in the left-hand corner.

I know I probably shouldn’t use sarcasm but I feel it’s warranted. Most people look at the top of a page. May I suggest you have a link on the right-hand side of the ‘My Page’ page of each author’s page? That way, they’d be readily seen and available without trying to locate them at the bottom of the screen.

Perhaps you could have the links not only at the bottom but at the top.

That's a great idea for a place for the policies link, thanks.

When SP was started several of the AP mods were copied over, just in case anything was needed. I'll remove some of the ones that haven't been regular, thanks for the suggestion.
