Many people on here are poets, but what about performance arts? How many of you actually want to become an actor/actress someday - or are interested in pursuing it?
-
Me, definitely. I adore theatre, and performing. It's the one subject I've continued with since secondary school….now I'm on my IB course, and definitely plan on continuing in university. MAN I love it. Our most recent performance was Antigone, which I had a lot of fun with. Don't know what's coming up, but can't wait

Pick me, pick me!
I definately want to be an actress some day. I have just finished high school and am going to study performance at a university in Sydney which boasts many great performers as graduates. The two which might be known in America are David Wenham (Farimir in LOTR) and Joel Edgerten (Gawain in King Arthur). I LOVE ACTING and can't see myself doing anything else. -
Hi Synth
were you talking of theatre or films? I am a writer, i have started writing plays. What do you? are you an actor? -
I enjoy Theatre productions and take part in many diff. roles. I've acted, directed, backstage managing, and more recently wrote my own drama. I love musicals and just the warmth and energy that comes with doing a drama with other people. Infact, we just had our last performance and now I'm wiped out. meh...lol.
I don't think I will be an actress or do something directly in performance arts. I think I will keep that as a side thing.
