    Or else, you should--

    Must send a lot of solid critiques, finding not only things to praise, but more important, some ways that might be useful. We are here to help each other after all.
    One way to learn is to read comments that other people have sent for the poem you just read.

    As Terry said, you should give a lot of solid critiques.

    Honestly, no one will come read your works if all you comment to them is something like "This is nice." They won't even give you a second glance. It also helps to give those well thought out critiques because it can gain you points which you can use to feature your work...which will more than likely get you reads/comments.

    Read, comment, read, comment...and so on. YOu've only been here for a few days, and it takes time.
