    Have you tried Ctrl-F5 yet? I'm serious, that seemingly simple trick can take care of 99% of all image issues.

    Now, your image is a blurry person giving a peace sign.... is that the right one? (if not, IM me)

    As AutoPilate said, CTRL+F5 works wonders. The site might be recognizing your old image from cache, and showing it.
