Six times I attempted to archive an obsolete poem and got that error message.
Cannot do.
Serious problem transferred to a message
when I tried to send one. It accused me of sending unsafe mail, so of course I aborted the message.
(I do have a firewall but it has never done that before.)
Makes me feel like a persona non grata.
Can anything be done? Soon?

I'll let Kevin know. Somene else mentioned the unsafe mail thing, so he might be checking it out already.

working now.
Thanks. I did archive the boxing day poem, and have another perhaps ready to go, but will wait until another honest-to-goodness NOTasonnet rolls in.
That's a second generation Sortasonnet.
I have wondered. There were reward points there. what happens to them when a poem is archived?

I honestly don't know what happens to the reward points. They may be still with the poem, or they may be returned to you. My best bet would be that they stay with the poem until reactivated.

Not likely I will reactivate until another few Christmas seasons have passed. Oh well,
it's just a few points. -
.......17..........Another problem (besides this
narrow box) resumes: I want to add points to the replacement poem, and again there is no obvious way.
A recurring problem.
I would love to buy an el-cheapo second computer for Firefox, but on my small pension cannot afford it. (Dell is advertising one with Windows XP!)

If you click on the poem, then 'View Options->' on the right of the poem page, it will open up the area where 'Feature or Reward' will be listed. (You may have to scroll back down to see the options, though.)
As for the narrow box. You seem to be the only one that is experiencing that, or at least the only one that has bought it to my attention. I'm all out of ideas on that problem, sorry.
(I called Dell last summer, and after calculating my income, they wanted me to pay $85 a week for eight weeks before they would send the computer, then continue paying for the remainder of the contract.
I stuck with my no-name brand.)

" 'Feature or Reward' will be listed." I don't know why those words have to be hidden behind a box-name: "View Options." Wouldn't it be more logical to let us find them directly?
I think this is the second time I have had to ask for this same help--kind of shows direct links would work better?
Anyhow, thanks.
I have used Linux for years but will need to keep Windows XP for web work-- My AP grammar course, etc. Decided, even with high interest cost, to get the second puter. Mastercard takes the big hit, perilously close to max. I do not need new clothes this year, and my car was paid in full.
After all this, if Linux FAILS to sort out the narrow boxes and other clumsy stuff they will hear my explosion all the way to California!
Repeatedly with every month I pay that 18% interest!
I hate it but cannot fight Firefox from Windows. The other choice would have been to drop out entirely.
Anyhoooo!
Thanks Barbara.
