    Aren't they the same?

    True love doesn't end and neither does everlasting. Yes true love could potentially end but not really as those that have had true love in reality never do lose it. In my opinion.

    i thought true love and everlasting love were the same, as your true love is the one you are meant to be with so you will be with them for ever meaning its also everlasting love

    But in an eternity (everlasting) there is no end, so there can be no beginning either... so you always HAVE and always WILL love the person. So Eternal and true love are one in the same...

    But the everlasting love could be ... false, couldn't it? And love has to start some time, even though an eternity has no beginning, I suppose.

    if love is true would it not be everlasting? or would it stop if god forbid one of the people died? or would it continue on after death, say in the other person? and if it were to continue on then it would be true, wouldn't it? or would it be everlasting lust? oy, you made me think.
