Proverbs 14
“Even in laughter the heart may ache,
And joy may end in sorrow.”The most depressing verse in the Bible. I used it for one of my poems. It’s a great verse to quote. Heck, all of Proverbs is great to quote. “Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.”, “The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice.” Etc. Great stuff.

1 Corinthians 13 is so beautiful. i think a lot of people love it.
i am a devout Christian but I found so many things written in the Bible that i really hate…gets me depressed…mad at these people who say to love everyone and treat everyone equally, but then say women slave for men, and witches deserve to be put to death, and people who are not of this religion will go to hell….::sniffle:: it makes me not like the Bible. i think that i just dont like the things that those people said. i still believe…er n/m im rambling… -
