I am 18 and caught in that battle between complete independence and the need to be coddled. I want to change the world. I am intensely protective of the people I love. I laugh in public in an effort to seem more approachable by people, even if nothing is funny. I'm easily forgettable and hopelessly dependent on those around me. I don't believe everything the Bible or a politician says, but I do believe in thinking for yourself.

marcusmoore : what's this?? on September 24a female writing about sportscenter in her poetry??? I must meet this hybrid of fun and emotion. It's not often that you find girls or women that like sportscenter and still like poetry. That's definately a rarity that's becoming more common, but not common enough. It's good to have an open mind about things, which is hard to do and I remind myself often that it's what's best overall. Just read your profile and one of your poems and felt the need to say hello. well since I've said it and now have no more excuse for being here I'll have to be leaving now LoL. Hope to hear from ya soon
