Greeters are the first impression of SharePoetry that a new member gets. We volunteer our time to comment on new members first poem posting, answer questions and just generally trying to make the new member feel welcome. We try to help them find their way around the site and learn to interact with the community. We also answer questions on the help desk.
If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of, there are a few requirements.
1. You must be at least 17 years of age.
2. You must have been a member of the SharePoetry site for at least 6 months.
3. You must not have any disciplinary actions taken against you for violating site policy for over a year.
4. You must have logged at least 100 comments on the SharePoetry site so that we can review your commenting style and frequency of activity in the community.

1. You age.
2. How long you have been a member of SharePoetry.
3. How much time you spend on SharePoetry each week.
4. A link to SharePoetry Rules.
5. Tell us why you feel you would be a good addition to the greeters team.
We will review your application as we have openings on the greeters team. If for any reason you are not qualified, we will tell you why and let you know what you need to do to be qualified in the future.
