To become a better poet, you need more than that: you need critical reviews from people who aren’t just going to pat you on your back, but give you detailed feedback about their personal response to the poem and areas they thought needed work.

Some people confuse critical with mean – I just want to point out critical means constructive! Be sure to be gentle with your fellow poets, and point out at least one thing you like with each critique.
