Quatern explanation and challenge

Quatern.
The next challenge recieved from my techer.
Thought I would post a column sharing it..As mny have become interested in taking the challenges on board.

If you have a question, ask away, I will do my best to answer, lol.
here is the explanation of a Quatern-

Quatern.
A Quatern is a sixteen line French form composed of four quatrains.
It has a refrain that is in a different place in each quatrain.
The first line of stanza one is the second line of stanza two, third line of stanza three, and fourth line of stanza four. A quatern has eight syllables per line. It does not have to be iambic or follow a set rhyme
scheme.
S1 refrain is L1
S2 refrain is L2
S3 refrain is L3
S4 refrain is L4

    Sounds musical...

    For some reason I am feeling like I have heard this in a music class before... but it might just be a case of foggy brain. Either way, I'll give it a shot. Either later tonight, tomorrow, or sometime during the week. Hopefully I will at least follow the form correctly, and hopefully it will be halfway decent, too! =)
