His Prey

his prey, unaware
his desire, theft
his method, duplicitous
he strikes
claws extended
no remorse
trapped, can't flee
frozen, can't react
alone, can't fight
forever changed
forever tormented
forever imprisoned
her life, never the same
her love, always in question
her trust, gone forever
she struggles
battles demons
never abandons
the event, long passed
the memories, embedded deep
the horror, flashes in dreams
she rebounds,
never whole,
a survivor

    Really god piece.I enjoyed reading it and the style you've used is just great .
